Miley Stewart is having an extraordinary week; Hannah Montana is scheduled to perform for the Queen of England and the Queen's granddaughter. Her brother, Jackson is playing in his school's championship tournament for volleyball. Then here comes Miley’s grandma's on a surprise visit. Grandma starts receiving visitors who are British royalty and the plot gets crazy. Grandma spends most of her time helping Jackson get ready for the big athletic event and Miley's believes that grandma’s favorite is Jackson and not her.
